I don't feel that I have made many changes, much progress, or improvements to how I am for a while. Haven't worked towards any goals, I'm still doing mostly the same thing I was doing 6 months, a year ago. Perhaps I'm being reactive instead of proactive, or even just adrift on the sea, letting the currents take me away, without a destination in mind. Sitting still rather than moving forwards.
