I really should get more sleep. Instead, I stay up too late, even when I sometimes feel drowsy by night time. Though by the time I make it to bed my mind seems to switch itself back on and so I can't fall asleep so easily. But of course the opposite is true by the time I have to get up, in that I feel sleepy enough that I could probably sleep in, if I was allowed to.
And I then feel sleepy during the day, which is a bit messed up.
