Fall back

"Spring forward, Fall back." is a phrase for remembering which direction to set the clocks for daylight savings / British summer time. Although the Americans call autumn 'fall', so I don't think there's a catchy version with autumn in it.

Anyhow, I just slept in for the extra hour. (Even though it's not exactly an extra hour, it is 'getting back' the hour we lost when we set our clocks forward at start of summer).
