In the red

I really should check my bank statements, and keep an eye on my finances.
Usually have some payments go automatically from an account, which works well when I have money in it of course. Might have been okay if I was paying attention (was paying other bills and forgot about this) but I also get charged every time when there is not enough in the account for payments. Extra overdrawn, doh!

And of course, my ATM card expired at end of last month (just yesterday) which meant I couldn't check my balance. Had to order a new card as it appears that the replacement didn't arrive (sometimes cash cards get stolen in the post).

So spent some time to put some money in, order a new ATM card and try not to panic. I think I'm more of a deer-in-the-headlights frozen-scared type worrier, than a hysterical chicken-running-around type panicker.

After that I calmed down a bit, having done what I could, next thing to do was wait for new card and do more next weekend (Saturdays are only day I can get to the day). There was nothing more I could, so there was no use in worrying about it for the time being.

It was going to take some time (A whole lot of precious time) and money (It's gonna take plenty of money) to get things back on track (To do it, to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it. To do it right). :)
